Exhibition of Contemporary Art in Honfleur - Grenier à sel - Honfleur harbor

The town of Honfleur is particularly appreciated for its picturesque old port surrounded by narrow houses with facades covered with slates.

The Old Dock " Le Vieux Bassin ", which the digging was ordered by Colbert under the Louis XIV reign, is surrounded by the Lieutenance and tall houses along the St Catherine's quay. In the heart of the city the church Sainte Catherine's remarquable architecture worth a visit.

The changing light in Old Dock and along the Seine river has always attracted painters among the most famous as Gustave Courbet, Claude Monet, Eugène Boudin or Johan Jongkind forming the School of Honfleur which contributed to the emergence of the Impressionist movement.

The exhibition will be held in the grounds of the old salt barns of Honfleur and I will have the pleasure to welcome you at stand G18 where I will present my latest works of drawing.

The exhibition will open on Saturday and Monday from 10 am to 7 pm and Sundays from 10 am to 9 pm. The vernissage will take place on Saturday at 11 am.
